A couple of comments by the seated Commish that warrant checking:
Founder of Radnor Conservancy Not true, in fact not even a founding member. In the five years of formal existence has only made one donation (late 2003).
Built two tot lots. Again not true. One tot lot 7 years ago at Petrie. Newest pocket park just being completed doesn't have a tot lot.
Fiscal conservative.... maybe in the George W. school.
Opposed new Township Building due to cost. Half true. Opposed but due to the "value engineering" process that was used to reduce the bids with the successful bidders.
There were some additional points but I lost track.

10/8 Commissioner's Meeting
Although the initiating event was somewhat off the mark it was great to see the residents of Garrett Hill pull together to let the Commissioner's know that they wanted to control the destiny of their neighborhood. Wow, must have been 70 people at the meeting. Best thing is that this was a non-partisan group.
Congrats to Dave Prescott and Bob Miccolis. Both are long time friends and great people. Dr. Dave was recognized for his inclusion into the Oxford Round Table. Bob received a national award for volunteering efforts in the Park and Recreation arena.
Sulpizio Gym lease was approved. As I mentioned before I have always been in favor of an indoor recreation facility that was fully under Township control. I am still not particularly thrilled by the lack of information regarding future plans for the facility or any idea of the annual operating expenses.
Levin property wetlands restoration partnership was approved. I really liked Tom Masteron's idea of naming this after Ann-Michelle.
